Tapping the .ipa on an iPhone does nothing. iOS will download the file and then ignore it — it cannot install an app from a plain file download. Use Install on this iPhone, which goes through Apple's over-the-air installer. For that to work:

Install instructions

Android — install the APK
  1. Open this page on the Android device (or scan the QR code above) and tap Download APK.
  2. Chrome will warn that this file type can harm your device — that warning appears for every APK outside the Play Store. Tap Download anyway.
  3. Open the downloaded file. Android will ask to allow installs from this source: Settings → Install unknown apps → Chrome → Allow, then go back and tap the file again.
  4. If the install fails with "App not installed", a build signed with a different key is already on the device. Uninstall the existing app first, then retry.

From a Mac with adb:

adb install -r jmsone-dev-latest.apk
iOS — over-the-air install (recommended)
  1. Open this page in Safari on the iPhone. Chrome on iOS will not trigger the installer.
  2. Tap Install on this iPhone and confirm when iOS asks.
  3. The icon appears on the home screen with a progress ring. Wait for it to finish.
  4. Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management, tap the developer profile, tap Trust. The app will not open until you do.

Nothing happened when you tapped it? Almost always one of: not Safari, the page isn't on HTTPS, or your UDID isn't in the profile.

iOS — sideload the .ipa from a Mac

Fallback when OTA won't work. Needs a Mac with Xcode.

  1. Download the .ipa using the second button.
  2. Connect the iPhone by cable and trust the computer.
  3. Xcode → Window → Devices and Simulators, select the device.
  4. Drag the .ipa into the Installed Apps list.

Or with Apple Configurator: select the device, Add → Apps → Choose from my Mac.

iOS — find your device UDID

Ad-hoc builds only install on devices listed in the provisioning profile. Send your UDID to the build owner to be added.

On the iPhone, without a Mac: open udid.tech in Safari and follow the prompt.

From a Mac: connect the device and run

system_profiler SPUSBDataType | grep -A4 iPhone | grep Serial

Or: Finder → device → click under the device name until the UDID shows, then right-click to copy.

What changed

Builds not appearing?

This page reads whatever files sit next to it on the server — it does not build anything. If a card reads Not uploaded, the build file is missing from the builds/ folder. Contact the build owner.
